Drink 1/2 liter of water (two 8 oz glasses) as soon as you wake up in the morning.

When you sleep, you typically go without water for nearly 8 hours.
This leaves your body extremely dehydrated when you awake.

Water will help flush your system of toxins and restore your hydration levels.

Drinking water can reduce your appetite and help you eat less at meals. Consider drinking a full glass of water before your meals.

Drink a minimum of 2 liters of water per day. Working Muscles need hydration. Make sure to drink before, during and after your workouts.

If it is still hard for you to drink water because your use to having a flavor in with your drink then add in some fresh fruit to your water. I would not suggest adding any of the flavor packets they sell as they have added sugar.

Bottled Water Vs. Tap Water

I personally feel comfortable drinking from the tap and I drink bottled water sometimes because it is convent.I keep my water bottle with me at all times with water in it.

The one I carry with me has a counter on the top that helps me keep track of how many times I fill it.    It also has a tight seal and a clip to ensure it from spilling in my bag.

Its BPA free, impact resistant, dishwasher durable.
The key for me is to keep myself hydrated. I may research this further and change my mind.
If it’s hard for you to give up your soda try switching to Carbonated Water.
This will give you the bubbles you are use to.

To sum up, although soda and other carbonated beverages have been associated with negative effects,   carbonation is not harmful in and of itself.
